This is the website of art director Ali Bati, including a selection of his work and information about him.

Ali Bati studied Visual Communication at Marmara University, Faculty of Fine Arts in Istanbul, graduating as valedictorian. In the same year he started his career in advertising at a local advertising agency called Rafineri. He later left Turkey for Italy where he worked for Fabrica, well known for Colors Magazine and their cutting edge Benetton campaigns.

He has won over 70 national and international awards, including awards from Cannes Lions, New York Festivals, Epica Awards and Crystal Apple (Turkey's most prestigious advertising creativity award). As well as his success in the creative field, his work has been recognised for its effectiveness with Gold and Bronze Effie Awards.

He is one of the first creatives and also the youngest creative in Turkey to be awarded at Cannes Lion Advertising Festival. In 2007, he was awarded as the "Art Director Of The Year" in Turkey by GMK (Turkish Society Of Graphic Design). In 2009 he contributed to DDB&Co’s achievement of winning 3rd place for "Agency of the Year" by being awarded 2 Cannes Lions.

He is currently working for DDB&Co. in Istanbul.
