GAMIFYING TIKTOK TO POWER THE A SERIES

Gen Z never stops creating, but phone batteries often do. To prove the Samsung Galaxy A’s 2-day battery life, we launched #powerAwesome, a first-of-its-kind interactive branded effect on TikTok. The gamified experience let creators power up by activating hidden motion points on screen; their moves filled a real-time power bar, capturing each creator’s energy and generating custom visuals that showed how far creativity can go when it’s backed by real power.

Inspired by Samsung’s native UI and previous A Series campaigns, we developed a cohesive design system for the campaign assets. The system featured playful, rewarding visuals that brought each trigger moment to life.


THE RESULT

We were able to connect with Gen Z audiences more organically and impactfully, and reached 32+ billion views and 8+ million creations.
